Meet The Owners

Brett & Natalie Ciper are the proud founders and owners of Ordinance one who founded the business back in 2018 in downtown, new port Richey. They chose to Build Ordinance One within the old firehouse building on main street and renovated the space to house New Port Richey’s premier craft bar. It’s namesake is an honor to the town council’s ordinance allowing the city to accept Donated land From George Sims. This space is now Sims Park and was one of the first places in town where families could gather and enjoy themselves. The space features the original hand drawn map, which has been restored and encased, that the fire department used back in the early 20th century.

This local family have had their roots in new port Richey since their youth. Both were born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. They are raising their family in new port Richey’s backyard and have a deep reverence with the growth of the city. They are eager to see Downtown New Port Richey develop and are excited for the years to come. Come and see what they have built and try out their vast selection of craft beers that you won’t find anywhere else in the Tampa bay area.
